1. About the product.
Luna File Searcher is a very light weight and simple utility that enables you to quickly and easily search through files in a folder for a specific phrase, word or pattern.
Use cases include:
*searching log files
*searching for a quote in a book
*searching for mentions of a topic in notes
*much, much more!
-------------
2. The Main Screen:
Upon opening the program you are greeted with a very simple window on which are several items:
	*Search field:
in this you write what you would like to search for.
You can write anything you like in here that you are looking for, whether it is a name, a phrase or something else.
Also note that you can write .* to indicate a patch that could be anything.
Say for example you were looking for anything that contained the words sat and mat like so:
The cat sat on the mat.
The dog sat on the mat.
The girl sat on the mat.
You could search for this by writing:
.* sat on the mat.
	*Directory to search:
This is a text box in which will appear the path of the directory you wish to search.
By pressing tab again you will find a browse button which you can use to navigate to the folder if you don't want to type in the path yourself.
	*Search in Subdirectories:
If unchecked, this makes it so the program will only look at files in the selected folder. If checked though it will follow into any directories contained inside the selected folder to look.
	*One result per file.
If checked, the program will search a file for only the first match, after that it will move on. If unchecked, the program will show you all matches for each file.
	*Ignore Case:
If checked, the program will ignore whether the match is capital or not.
	*Ignore punctuation:
If checked, the program will ignore if the match has punctuation or not.
Lets say for example you were looking for the name John in a bunch of files.
If this box is not checked, the program will match to where John is written on its own, but will not match things like: John, John. "John" and so on.
	*Search:
starts the search.
After starting a search you are presented with first a box that tells you what directory the program is currently listing.
After this it will change to a progress bar. If you press tab from the progress bar you are placed in a text box telling you a file counter.
At the end of the search you will be told how many files were scanned, how many matches were found and also how many errors were encountered.
The program will then show you two lists:
The left list shows you the file name, while the right list shows you the line number and the matched line.
There is also a button on this screen that allows you to write the results to a file in your documents called "Luna File Searcher log.txt"
Clicking on a file in the list will open it for you.
	*Exit:
Closes the program. We hope.
